Summarized on the basis of the continuous development of LEGEND over the years, the basic value philosophy of LEGEND comprises common awareness system and habitual behavioral pattern with the characteristics of the development of LEGEND; the basic value philosophy which gathers and encourages all employees of LEGEND to strive is the basis of the success of LEGEND, and the fundamental drive of the sustainable development of LEGEND.

Core value, enterprise tenet and enterprise vision are three elements of the enterprise culture of LEGEND, and the three elements reflect the target of all of the employees of LEGEND from “who we are", “what will we do” and “what is my target”, and the three elements also reflect the development targets and spirit in past, present and future.

  2. Adhering to professionalization – LEGEND praises professional work highly and emphasizes the value of professional work; therefore, LEGEND pays effort to improve the level of the profession to meet the ever-increasing professional demands of the customers.
  3. Teamwork – Teamwork which comprises the senses of overall situation, teamwork and service are important basis for the success of projects, personals and enterprises.
  4.  Advocating responsibility – As an attitude, the responsibility is more important than ability, and conscientiousness is the first behavioral standard of LEGEND employees.
  5. Faith & honesty – The success of either a single person or an enterprise relies on faith and honesty.
  6. Fairness & respect – LEGEND advocates that the relationship between the enterprise and employees, customers or business partners should be built.
